108 Hours of Deep RajaYoga Practice on International New Year 2019

Birgunj (Nepal): The BK RajaYoga Center of Birgunj recently organised an intense 108-hour yog sadhana (practice) on the eve of International New Year 2019.  The Coordinator, Center In-charge BK Raveena, welcomed the District’s new Chief Officer, Narayan Prasad Bhattarai, as the Chief Guest on the occasion.

This was followed by the lamp lighting and honouring of the Guest with Godly gifts.

On the occasion, Narayan Prasad said that the Brahma Kumaris is affiliated with the United Nations and is endeavouring to establish non-violence, peace and universal brotherhood among people of all classes, castes, religions, sex, and opinion, through spiritual knowledge and with Rajayog sadhana (practice) in the world, which is very commendable, appreciable, admirable and exemplary of the institution. This will surely help to spread peace and good thoughts in all.

Thereafter BK Raveena greeted everyone for the New Year and cut the cake, amongst other practitioners of Raja Yoga.
