Adbhut Matritva (Wonderful Motherhood) Event by Brahma Kumaris of Jamshedpur

The Brahma Kumaris of Jamshedpur, in collaboration with OBS and the Gynae Society, organized an event on Adbhut Matritva (Wonderful Motherhood), a FOGSI initiative at the Brahma Kumaris Universal Peace Palace, Sonari, Jamshedpur. The event focused on generating awareness about healthy mother and child, a prosperous family and women’s health.

The event started with the candle-lighting ceremony by Prof. BK E.V. Swaminathan, Mumbai; Dr. Shubhda Neel, renowned Obs and Gyn specialist, FOGSI initiative, Mumbai; Aruna Mishra, Former international boxer; Dr. Ragini Baghai, President, Gynae Society of Jamshedpur; Dr. Veena Sinha, Program Co-ordinator; Kamlesh Lambha, Social Worker; Jaya Dokania; Vinita Shah; BK Anju, Director, Brahma Kumaris Jamshedpur; and other dignitaries on the stage.

BK Sudha welcomed all guests by presenting shawls and momentos.

The main speaker of the event, Prof. BK E.V. Swaminathan, International Motivational Speaker from Mumbai, shared precious tips on mental and emotional health, management of anger and stress, and a happy lifestyle.

Dr. Shubhda Neel shared the methods of Rajayoga and Yoga Asans for a healthy mind and body of a healthy mother and child and demonstrated some related exercises.

All 450 participants took a pledge that they will certainly adopt the Rajayoga life style for healthy mind and body.
