“Brahma Kumaris are the Guiding Light for all” says Mr. Jagdeep Singh

Harinagar (New Delhi): Gurupurab Celebration in Harinagar, New Delhi 

A gathering of 200 people celebrated Gurupurab at the Brahma Kumaris Harinagar Centre in New Delhi. 

Chief Guest Mr. Jagdeep Singh, MLA of Hari Nagar, Delhi, said that it is good news that Gurupurab will be celebrated in Vidhan Sabha (the State Legislative Assembly) for the first time. He also said that the BK organisation works for the welfare of everyone irrespective of any caste and that they give due respect to every religion. The conduct of each sister is so full of royalty and the BK sisters are a guiding light for all of us. He showed an inclination to do the basic course of the Brahma Kumaris.

BK Vimla co-ordinated the Program and BK Gurpreet explained the spiritual significance of Gurupurab through a Powerpoint presentation. BK Kamalpreet sang two Punjabi Shabads on the Harmonium and BK Damanpreet recited a poem on the occasion. Kumari Danya performed a dance on the song “mere satguru pyare Da.”  BK Paramjeet shared his experiences and a Guided meditation was conducted by BK Neha. 

BK Priyanka offered Godly gifts to the Chief guest and “Karhaa Prasad” was distributed to all the participants at the end of the program.
