The audience members at Pakhowal Stadium, in the thousands, were mesmerized by the influential thoughts presented by BK Shivani. In the morning session “Password to Happiness,” BK Shivani shared the mantra of happiness and emphasized the importance of meditation in daily life. She appealed to everyone to get linked in meditation. She explained that this is not a difficult process, rather it is quite easy. Your mind becomes peaceful through this process.
In the evening session, “Healing Relationships,” BK Shivani explained that before doing anything one needs to be mentally prepared for the same. The relations which should have love and respect are now being invaded by many more things; all of us, thus, need to check our relationships. If one feels that the relationship is not as strong as we wish it to be, we need to check it. We must not do anything that hurts others. This is the style of living. We think only about ourselves throughout the day. We never pay attention to how much we hurt others through our actions. When we find mistakes in others, our relationships are spoiled.
When asked by the audience the reasons behind the deterioration of relationships, BK Shivani said life is very ordinary. When asked the two different parties, one finds both to be right on their part, why do we then claim somebody to be right or wrong?
Suresh Oberoi, Bollywood actor, sharing his experiences, said that the film line is full of worries. Once he reached the Brahma Kumaris center in London by chance, there was no trace of stress there.
