Brahma Kumaris Pay Tribute to their Founder, Brahma Baba

Birgunj, Nepal: The Brahma Kumaris of Birgunj, Nepal, observed World Peace Day by paying tribute to Prajapita (Father of Humanity) Brahma Baba on his 50th year of leaving his mortal body.

The Chief Guest for the occasion was Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) Mr. Prahlad Giri. Other guests were Mr. Vijay Sarvagi Veergunj, Municipal Mayor; Mr. Madhu Rana, Vice President of Nepal Red Cross Society and a Social Worker; Mr. Mahesh Chandra Goutham, President of Laxmi Sahitya Samaj and a Journalist; Famous Social Engineer Mr. Prakash Tharu; Reporters Mr. Tulasi Bhandari and Yuvaraj Khadke; Mr. Shyam Gupta, Director of Radio Samagra Madhesh, 90.4 MHz, who also graced the occasion.

MLA Mr. Prahlad Giri said, “As Prajapita Brahma restlessly strived to create a beautiful World full of Love, Peace and Brotherhood, on the basis of Spiritual Knowledge and Powers acquired from God, we must take inspiration from him and make our lives disciplined and character nobler.”

Presiding over the function BK Ravina, Zonal in-Charge, said, “The Physical Medium of God and the Father of the whole Mankind, Brahma Baba, by his Sacrifice, Austerity and the immense practice of Rajayog, has become a living example for all. We must also follow his footsteps and lend our co-operation to establish Peace in the World.”

On this occasion a model of Brahma Baba’s Cemetery, Shanthi Sthumbh (Tower of Peace) was inaugurated and deep meditation was done by the participants sitting around the Tower of Peace to experience Peace and Affinity with God.  A documentary film was projected to show his greatness and noble deeds.  The Program ended with the presentation of Godly gifts to all the Guests.

ब्रह्मा बाबा के पदचिन्हों पर चलने का लिया संकल्प

नेपाल, वीरगंज। प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा बाबा के 50वीं पुण्यतिथि के अवसर पर स्थानीय सेवाकेंद्र द्वारा एक श्रद्धाजंली सभा का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें आए हुए सभी अतिथियों को ब्रह्मा बाबा के जीवन से जुड़ी डाक्यूमेंट्री दिखायी गई और उनके आध्यात्म्कि जीवन पर प्रकाश डाला गया।

श्रद्धांजली सभा को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्य अतिथि विधायक प्रह्लाद गिरी ने कहा कि जिस तरह से प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा बाबा ने परमात्मा से प्राप्त सत्य आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान और दिव्य शक्ति के आधार से शांति, प्रेम, भाईचारा से परिपूर्ण सुंदर विश्व के नवनिर्माण के लिए अथक प्रयास किया, वहहमारे लिए अनुकरणीय है।

स्थानीय सेवाकेंद्र की संचालिका बीके रवीना ने ब्रह्मा बाबा के जीवन पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा कि ब्रह्मा बाबा ने सत्य की राह पर चलने की हमें जो प्रेरणा दी है वह हमारे लिए अनुकरणीय है। उनका जीवन अनासक्त से परिपूर्ण था। उन्होंने कन्याओं और माताओं को आगे रखकर यहसंदेश दिया कि नारी अबला नहीं है।

इसके पश्चात अतिथियों के द्वारा शांति स्तम्भ के मॉडल का अनावरण किया गया और उसके चारो ओर बैठकर भाई-बहनों ने उन्हें श्रद्धा सुमन अर्पित किए और विश्व शांति के लिए मन ही मन उनके बताए हुए मार्ग पर चलने का संकल्प लिया।

इस मौके पर महानगरपालिका के मेयर विजय सरावगी, नेपाल रेडक्रास सोसायटी के उपाध्यक्ष मधु राणा, लक्ष्मी साहित्य समाज के अध्यक्ष एवं पत्रकार महेश चंद्र गौतम, सुप्रसिद्ध सामाजिक अभियंता प्रकाश थारू सहित शहर के अनेक

गणमान्य नागरिक उपस्थित थे।
