International Yoga Day Celebrations by Brahma Kumaris in Bhubaneswar

On the occasion of the lnternational Yoga Day on June 21st, the Brahma Kumaris of the Bhubaneswar Sub-zone organised a workshop in Biju Patnaik Park, in Bhubaneswar. About 1000 enthusiasts from the public as well as the Brahma Kumaris, including senior teachers,  participated in the event. It started in the early hours around 5 am with the lighting of lamps, followed by physical yoga practices and spiritual classes by BK Sister Leena, which are basically yoga of mind or mental yoga. At the end everyone distributed pamphlets for increased awareness of yoga. It concluded with prasad (holy sweet) given to participants.
