“Know Thyself for Happy Living”: National Conference for Law Professionals

At the occasion of the Annual Meeting and Retreat of the Jurists Wing of the Raja Yoga Education and Research Foundation (RERF), Mount Abu, held at the Godly Raja Yoga Retreat Centre (GRC) of the Brahma Kumaris, in Puri, a National Conference for Jurists was organized on the theme “Know Thyself for Happy Living”. The conference was inaugurated by Justice V. Eswaraiah, Honorable Former Chief Justice, High Court, Andhra Pradesh. Justice A.S. Pachchapure, Honorable Former Justice, Karnataka High Court, participated as the Chief Guest.

Dr. BK Satyananda presented the welcome address. BK Pushpa, Director, Pandav Bhawan Center of Brahma Kumaris in New Delhi and Vice Chairperson of the Jurists Wing, shared her words of wisdom as Godly blessings.

Professor Dr. Rashmi M. Oza, Department of Law, University of Mumbai, addressed the participants as the Chief Speaker.

BK Lata R. Aggarwal, Legal Advisor, Brahma Kumaris-cum-National Co-ordinator Jurists Wing, Mt. Abu, shared her deliberations on the above theme as the Honorable Speaker. Advocate Premananda Mohanty, President Bar Association, Puri, and Advocate Puskar Mohapatra, Former President Bar Association, Puri, participated in the Conference as the Guests of Honor.

BK Amita, Meerut, Delhi, co-ordinated the program. BK Nirupama of Puri greeted all the participants with words of wisdom.  Madhusudan Dash, Administrator, Jagannath Temple, Puri, presented the Vote of Thanks.

In the Valedictory Session (with the theme “Honesty in Judiciary”), Justice V. Eswaraiah, Justice A.S. Pachchapure, BK Pushpa, and BK Dr. Rashmi M. Oza shared heart-touching experiences of the lawyers and law professionals from their spiritual lifestyle and practice of Raja Yoga Meditation which turned out to be beneficial to them and also to their colleagues.

Nearly 400 advocates and individuals associated with the Jurists Wing benefited from the program. The entire program was covered by print and electronic media.
