Opening Ceremony of New Service Place of Brahma Kumaris

Munagapaka (Andhra Pradesh):   “A Model of Agricultural Village” was a special attraction for farmers and the villagers on this occasion.

“In God’s creation Human Birth is most valuable and superior. But today Man is searching for Peace and Happiness everywhere. The aim and objective of the Brahma Kumaris is to bring that very Peace and Happiness in Man’s life, for which they have dedicated their lives to serve the entire Mankind without any bias.” These were the words spoken by BK Raju, Vice Chairperson of RERF’s Agriculture and Rural Development Wing from Brahma Kumaris (HQ) at Mount Abu.

He was addressing the farmers and the villagers as Chief Guest for the Opening ceremony of the New Building of the Brahma Kumaris at BC Colony on Thursday. He said, “When Man becomes selfish and deviates from the righteous path, he loses Peace and Happiness in life.” He said that Man can attain them back when he again makes his relations with others cordial and stable, irrespective of caste and religion, rich and poor.  He further said, the “Brahma Kumaris are putting in all their efforts to re-establish the hearty relationships and making Mankind service-minded. With this motto today, thousands of Brahma Kumaris Centres are functioning across the World, with Mount Abu as their Head Quarters. They are serving the Society to provide good Health, too, along with good Behaviour.” “Not only that,” he said, “they are standing as support to the farming community, which is considered to be the backbone to provide food to the Nation, lending their guidance and help to the farmers. The Brahma Kumaris are conducting various seminars on agriculture, educating and imparting training to farmers to adopt the system of cultivation with the Power of Yoga and using natural Organic Manures and domestic Pesticides for Healthy Consistent Yields.” He also said that by keeping Mind always Cool and Calm one can be successful in all fields.

On this occasion BK Sumanth, BK Annapurna, BK Veni, BK Aparanji, BK Shyamla and Mrs. Dasari Gouri Laxmi, the local Mandal Parishad President, also lent their Spiritual Messages.

To make this Inaugural Function more impressive the Brahma Kumaris exhibited a Model Village in which the process of Yogic Cultivation was clearly displayed. Seeds to be sown were kept in front of God to be Purified and Energized. The seeds are then sprinkled in properly Tilled Soil in Memory of God. Cowshed, Water Source for the Field and Amicable Living together happily without any distinction of Caste, Creed and Religion were shown beautifully for the people to understand easily.

It was a very wonderful way of teaching how to lead a Life with Cooperation that makes the Society Peaceful and Happier.
