Birthday celebration was shared to fellow executives in the form of a Self-Care for Executives session with BK Becky in Brahma Kumaris Makati Center. The event included a meditation experience and a reflective video of “Lost and Found – Our Story”. The event ended with a positive thought card (blessing) and toli (sweet) for each one of them.
Birthdays are always remembered as celebration of life. Celebration holds a variety of meanings and forms. On a spiritual level, birthday leave is used to take time out for re-treat, re-charging of one’s battery and that was the purpose of the event stated BK Becky.
