Senior Yogis from Head Quarters of Brahma Kumaris Serve Australia

Senior Rajayogi Dr. Nirmala, Regional Director of the Brahma Kumaris in Australia and Director of Gyan Sarovar Complex in Mount Abu; BK Dr. Savita, Senior Rajayogi and Head Quarters Co-ordinator of Women’s Wing (Rajayoga Education and Research Foundation) from Shantivan visited different places in Australia including Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth etc., spreading the message of peace, true love and happiness. Various inspirational public talks were held on the topics “Overcoming Anger,”  “Meditation as Medicine,” etc., explaining the importance of the practice of Meditation to keep the body and mind healthy.
