103rd Birthday Gala Celebrations of Flying Angel Dadi Janki

Shantivan, Abu Road (Rajasthan): The Brahma Kumaris family celebrated the 103rd birthday of its Chief Administrator Dadi Janki with great splendor. The ceremony was attended by 20,000 Brahma Kumars and Kumaris from India and abroad. A performance worthy of an occasion of such magnitude was put together in the beautifully decorated Diamond Hall by the BK fraternity in Dadi’s honour.

The event started with a play called “Balance Sheet 2018” about the need to do good karma always. This was followed by a dance performance on Dadi’s favorite song ‘Chalte chalte yuhin koi mil gya tha‘ (I found someone while moving along).  Dadi was welcomed by a grand procession and the whole Diamond Hall united in powerful yoga vibrations to invite Dadi Janki who made a grand entry dressed as Krishna emerging from a lotus surrounded by the eight forms of goddesses. She was joined on the stage by Dadi Ratanmohini, Joint Chief of Brahma Kumaris, BK Nirwair, BK Brijmohan, and BK Munni who came to congratulate her, wishing her life for many more years.

A documentary “Flying Angel #103″ was shown which said that Dadi Janki travelled approximately 70,000 kms by air for Godly service worldwide in 2018 which is a world record.

BK Asha shared valuable nuggets about Dadi Janki. She revealed that Dadi never sent anyone back empty handed — either spiritually or materially.  She still revises the Murli (Godly versions) all day and shared 4 important words for the New Year: Be Healthy, Be Blissful, Be Pleasant and always perform karma worthy of blessings.

The evening’s highlight was the honoring of Dadi Janki with a Noble Award by the Noble Foundation (India). The whole BK family joined together in divine love for the candle-lighting and cake-cutting ceremony.

In her speech Dadi Janki said that these days she often asks God as to why he has kept her soul in this body for so long? And He answered that He has made it His vehicle for manifesting Himself in all His glory.

With various cultural performances, the blissful evening ended on a magical note.
