111th Free Eye Camp by Brahma Kumaris of Bhinmal

Some 395 individuals underwent testing of their eyes during the 111th Free Eye Camp organised at the Brahma Kumaris Centre in Bhinmal, Rajasthan, with the courtesy of Mrs. Manjula Devi Ashok Sanghvi. In this program Revered Prasannadev Vijay Masa and Nandisen Masa, Jain Munis (Saints), were present to honor the Social Services rendered by the Brahma Kumaris.

For launching and lighting the holy lamp the elite persons present along with the Jain Munis were local Centre in Charge BK Gita; Mr. Babulal Kothari; Mr. Mankamal Bhandari, President, Citizen’s Welfare Forum; Mr. Champalal Bafna; Mr. Kumdanmal Jain; Mr. Narpat Langar; Mr. Otmal Bohra; Mr. Suresh Jafri; Mr. Champalal Vardhan; Mr. Bhanwarlal Vardhan; Mr. Bharat Sanghvi; Mr. Lalit Sanghvi; Mr. Goutam Sanghvi; Mr. Guman Singh Rao; Mr. Kanthilal; Mr. Bhanwar Folamutha; Mr. Laxman Bhajwad; BK Sandhya; BK Kirti; BK Anjali; BK Surabhi; dignitaries of the Jain community, and reputed local citizens also attended.

Muni Prasannadev Vijay Masa said, “Human life is very valuable. Everyone must remember God by which this life becomes easily progressive. In this scientific age it is necessary to take the help of Satsang (Spiritual Assembly)”. He said that whatever service activities are being done by the Brahma Kumaris receives blessings from thousands of people. Further, Muni said, “At present the craze for fashion and addictions are growing more and more. No one is bothered to get out of this harmful craze. Now it is “Chaturmas,” the Holy period of 4 months (July to October), when people observe fasting at night. This fasting also is very beneficial in many ways to the body.”  He also said that services rendered by the Brahma Kumaris to society is a very Great Act and worth following by all. Praising the social services done with the co-operation of the Jain community, he said they never lag behind even when it is necessary for other creatures.

Rajyogini BK Geetha said that many people were given free eye treatment and those who needed surgery were taken to Global Hospital in Abu Road. The Camp was very successful and it was appreciated by the locals.

स्थानीय ब्रहृमाकुमारी राजयोग केन्द्र में 111वां नि:शुल्क नेत्र चिकित्सा शिविर श्रीमती मंजुलादेवी अशोक संघवी के सौज्न्य से आयोजित हुआ। इस दौरान 395 मरीजों के आंखों की जांच की गई। शिविर में जैनमुनि प्रसन्नदेव विजय मसा व नन्दीसेन मसा का सानिध्य रहा। सर्वप्रथम शिविर का शुभारंभ अतिथियों द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया। इस अवसर पर प्रसन्नदेव मसा ने कहा कि मानव जीवन बडा ही अनमोल होता है। प्रत्येक मनुष्य को परमात्मा का ध्यान करना चाहिए तभी उसके प्रगति का मार्ग प्रशस्त होगा। आज के वैज्ञानिक युग के साथ साथ सत्संग का भी सहारा लेना अति आवश्यक है। उन्होंने कहा कि ब्रहृाकुमारी संस्था द्वारा जो सेवा का कार्य किया जा रहा है उससे हजारों लोगों की दुआ मिलेगी। वर्तमान में व्यसन और फैशन का क्रेज बढता जा रहा है। प्रत्येक मनुष्य फैशन और व्यसन से उपर नही उठ रहा है। इन दिनों चल रहे चातुर्मास के तहत उपवास करने से शरीर को कई तरह के फायदे होते है। जैन मुनि ने जैन धर्म के सिद्धांतों पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा कि हमे रात्रि भोजन नही करना चाहिए। रात्रि भोजन को वैज्ञानिक दष्टि से भी अनुचित माना गया है। उन्होंने मानव सेवा को महान बताते हुए कहा कि ब्रहाकुमारी संस्था द्वारा किए जा रहे मानव सेवा के कार्य अनुकरणीय है। उन्होंने मानव सेवा में जैन धर्म के लोगों का सराहनीय सहयोग बताते हुए कहा कि जैन धर्म के लोग मानव सेवा के साथ साथ जीव मात्र की सेवा में कभी पीछे नही रहते है। बीके गीता बहन ने बताया कि शिविर में 40 मरीजों के आंखों की नि:शुल्क जांच कर आॅपरेशन के योग्य…. मरीजों को ग्लोबल नेत्र अस्पताल आबूरोड ले जाया गया। इस अवसर पर बाबूलाल कोठारी, नागरिक कल्याण मंच के अध्यक्ष माणकमल भंडारी, चंपालाल बाफना, कुंदनमल जैन, नरपत लंगर, ओटमल बोहरा, सुरेश जालोरी, चंपालाल वर्धन, भंवरलाल वर्धन, भरत संघवी, गौतम संघवी, भंवर फोलामुथा, कांतीलाल, ललित संघवी, गुमानसिंह राव, लक्ष्मण भजवाड, बीके संध्या, किर्ती, अंजली, सुरभि सहित जैन समाज के कई महानुभाव तथा गणमान्य नागरिक उपस्थित रहे।
