Spiritual Enlightenment for Golden Era : Deliberations at Salal Hydro Project

The Jammu center of the Brahma Kumaris recently organised a program conducted by Dr. Pushkar Sharma, in-charge of HRDO at NHPC Salal Hydro Electric Project, Jyotipuram, Reasi, Jammu & Kashmir.

General Manager Mr. Rakesh Goyal was the Chief Guest for the event and very beautifully explained how each business comes with both difficulties and opportunities. He said that it is in adverse situations that stability of mind and carefulness are needed. He said that to address and tackle challenges in business, self-discipline is required along with complete awareness and knowledge of one’s thoughts, words, and actions. He said that awareness of self is spiritual enlightenment.

BK Ravinder said that only when we understand the importance of such mindful awareness, can we move towards realizing a peaceful and stable world without any stress or questions in the mind. This enables one to make the right decisions and seek solutions. Such spiritual enlightenment will be instrumental in the dawn of a new Golden era where success does not equal only more and more profit, but an environment where there are good feelings for all, he said.
