4-Day National Media Conference -2019 Concluded – चार दिवसीय महासम्मेलन का समापन सत्र

आबू रोड 23 सितम्बर : ब्रह्माकुमारीज के मीडिया प्रभाग द्वारा शांतिवन आबू रोड में आयोजित चार दिवसीय महासम्मेलन के समापन सत्र में प्रबुद्ध वक्ताओं ने कहा कि मूल्य आधारित बेहतर दुनियां की स्थापना के लिये मीडिया को मिशन के रूप में काम करना चाहिये।

                सोशल एक्टीविटी गु्रप के प्रधान भरत भाई के संबोधन से बीती रात शुरू हुए सत्र में मैडीकल प्रभाग के सचिव डा. बनारसी भाई, वल्र्ड रिन्यूल पत्रिका के सहायक संपादक युद्धिष्ठर भाई, प्रभाग की राष्ट्रीय संयोजिका सरला आनंद, दिल्ली क्षेत्र संयोजिका सुनीता बहन के इलावा इंडियन फैडरेशन आफ वर्किंग जर्नलिस्टस के उपप्रधान डा. गोपाल मिश्रा, रेडियो सरगम इंदौर के निदेशक आशीष गुप्ता, दिल्ली की मीडिया विशेषज्ञ मनोरंजना गुप्ता वक्ताओं में शामिल थे। बिलासपुर की मंजू बहन ने समापन सत्र का शायराना अंदाज में बखूबी संचालन किया। मुख्यालय संयोजक शांतनु भाई ने सभी के प्रति आभार जताया ।

                संस्था के कार्यकारी सचिव व शिक्षा प्रभाग के अध्यक्ष मृत्युंजय भाई ने देश के विभिन्न भागों व नेपाल से आये 2 हजार मीडिया कर्मियों को संबोधन करते हुए कहा कि पत्रकारिता अपने आप में तपस्या है। इस पुनीत मिशन के बलबूते पर ही देश को आजाद करवाने में सहयोग मिला। अब मीडिया को व्यसन मुक्त समाज की स्थापना के लिये संस्था द्वारा चलाये अभियान में सहभागी बनना चाहिये।

                समापन सत्र में 6 सूत्रीय कार्य योजना सर्वसम्मति से स्वीकार की गई। जिसमें कहा गया कि मास मीडिया सकारात्मक और समग्र सामाजिक  परिवर्तन के लिये शक्तिशाली उत्प्रेरक है। सकारात्मक परिवर्तन के लिये अभियान को व्यवहारिक आकार देने की आवश्यकता है। व्यवसायिक नैतिकता और सर्वभौमिक मूल्यों को सामाजिक हित और चिंताओं तथा व्यवसायिक हितों के बीच संतुलित समिश्रण स्थापित करने से समाज का समग्र उत्थान किया जा सकता है।

                कार्य योजना में कहा गया कि मीडिया के इरादे की गुणवता और विशेषता प्रकाशन व संचार सामग्री को प्रभावित करती है इसलिये व्यवहार में  आधारमूल्यों को शामिल किया जाना चाहिये। भारतीय संविधान, राष्ट्र और देशवासियों की अंर्तरात्मा से जुडे मूल्यों की रक्षा के लिये मीडिया सक्रिय भूमिका निभा सकता है लेकिन इसके लिये अपनी अंर्तरात्मा के मूल्यों की पहचान करनी होगी। बदलते समय की तकनीक और बाजार की परिस्थितियों को सामाजिक मूल्यों के साथ समायोजित किया जाये। शांति, समरसता, मानवीय अस्मिता, सदभाव जैसे मूल्यों से समझौता करते हुए सामग्री नहीं परोसी जानी चाहिये। कार्यक्रम के अंत में विशेष अतिथियों को मृत्युंजय भाई ने  ईश्वरीय सौगात भेंट करके सम्मानित किया गया।

Report of Valedictory Session

The valedictory session of Media Conference-cum-retreat commenced on September 22, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the conference hall of Shantivan with meditation practice and presentation of bouquet and badges to the guests and speakers on the stage as reported by BK Dr Yudhishthir.

Participating as Chairperson Dr BK Mruthyunjaya Chairperson, Education Wing RERF and Executive Secretary, Brahma Kumaris said “Media should not be a servant of the government, rather it should be a tower of light and might of peace and purity. It should not be merely an informer but be a transformer and God’s messenger. In the name of media trial violence is spreading in the society. For the promotion of values like truth, peace, purity which are the original qualities of the soul. Media persons should practice rajyoga meditation because their self transformation lead to world-transformation. Each media man should become another example of Narad, the middleman.”

Brother BK Bharat, President, Social Activity Group, Brahma Kumaris Shantivan said, “The social activity group had organised an awakening program in Rajasthan on cleanliness and environmental awareness, plastic free India, My India Green India, Solar Energy, organic farming and Yogic Agriculture, water harvesting and thereby created mass awareness. With media support, this program achieved great response and success and in this way we can establish heaven again upon the Earth.”

Dr BK Banarasi secretary, Medical Wing, RERF said while addressing the media persons, “you have come here as the call of incorporeal Godfather Shiva and mother Saraswati. With your change, the world will change. When you will inculcate values in your life, the world will also do so. Many CAD patients have recovered with free of blockages in heart through the program of Rajyoga Meditation and positive lifestyle conducted by medical wing. The media persons should transmit their experiences to the public at large through there powerful writings and thereby disperse sorrows of many suffering people and attain virtues for themselves by their noble action of positive journalism.”

Dr. BK Yudhishthir, Associate Editor, The World Renewal participating as guest of honour said, “In order to establish a value based better world, the missions of media persons should be to inculcate values and spirituality in themselves first by participating Rajyoga meditation, which link the human soul with incorporeal God Father Shiva, the supreme soul, who is the ultimate supreme source of spirituality, all values, virtues, qualities and powers. Because the value based thinking, attitudes, outlook, vision and lifestyle of media persons will transform positively those of the people of the world and in this way their own self-transformation will lead to world transformation. The media mission of establishing value based world will be easily and successfully achieved when media persons will see and visualize things beings and nature through their moral and spiritual vision, when they will view, analyse interpret news about things people in their true perspective without any distortion, when they will inculcate the principle of universal Brotherhood of man and fatherhood of one God, when they will work as the friends, philosophers and guides of the people and society.

Dr. Gopal Misra, National Vice-president of IFWJ of Delhi said, “let certain evils remain in society, otherwise it is difficult to survive. If wine is prohibited how can election be conducted honesty is rare today as corruption is rampantly prevalent and profit is the only aim however, the discipline of Brahma Kumaris, I have not seen anywhere, not even in RSS.  Brahma Kumaris say that there should not be any ego because we as children of one god are brothers and sisters. I learnt this lesson here. The thought pattern teaching of Brahma Kumaris organization matches with those of sanatan dharm. There should be an action plan of the conference for easy follow up and implementation of the same.”

Bro. Ashish Gupta Station Director, Radio Sargam 90.8 FM Indore, said, “Omshanti is today’s revolution (Kranti). Journalism is sacred and virtuous work which had inspired people for freedom of the nation. That is why media itself is a mission. It is heart touching to know that Brahma Kumaris organization is a friend to the government. PM Narendra Modi had addressed several of its functions, programs and associated it with some government initiatives. My best wishes for media persons are that they should inculcate the teachings of this organization and try to implement them in their life and fields of action.”

Sister BK Sarala Anand National coordinator, Media wing, RERF Hyderabad, read out the seven points action plan of the conference and inspired the media persons to accept it and implement the same in their personal, social and professional life.

Sister BK Sunita Zonal Coordinator, Media wing, Delhi, transported all present in the hall to the metaphysical world of souls through her powerful meditation commentary and enabled them to have a divine communication with incorporeal god Shiva and to experience the inner peace and silence.
