‘A Step towards Environment Service for A Million Souls’, by Brahma Kumaris, Mandsaur

World Environment Day was celebrated at Dayamandir Cinema Hall organized by the Brahma Kumaris at Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. The event focused on the importance of the protection of the environment and took action items towards the same by distributing plants. On this occasion, huge participation was observed by the local students which filled the event with spirit. The programme observed its initiation by the lighting of lamps and was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest of the event, BK Shatiraj Singh, Motivational Speaker from Mount Abu; Mr. Madanlal Rathord (District Co-operative Bank); Mandsaur’s Senior Journalist Mr. Dhanshyamji Batwala; Principal, Official General and Administration Officer of Sriji Nursing College; as well as students of the Nursing College. A resourceful speech was delivered by BK Hemlata on the subject of environment protection, and she guided the audience to take a vow to plant and to save trees. This was followed by a session of distribution of plants by students present at the event. The event observed its conclusion by a vote of thanks presented by the Director of Rajayoga Centre BK Samita.
