Tree Planting at Municipal Corporation by Brahma Kumaris, Chunar

The Brahma Kumaris in Chunar, Uttar Pradesh, celebrated World Environment Day at the Rajdeep Mahila PG College in Chunar-Mirzapur.  Mr. Raj Bahadur Singh, College Manager; Gayatri Singh, College Principal; BK Kusum, Center In-Charge of the Brahma Kumaris Center in Chunar; BK Tara; BK Beenu; and BK Sunita explained to the students the importance of saving our environment by planting trees and creating an eco-friendly environment. Trees were  planted by BK Kusum and other Brahma Kumaris Sisters at the Municipal Corporation in the presence of Mansur Ahmed, Municipality Chairman and Vinay Kumar Tiwari, Executive Officer.  World Environment Day was also celebrated at the Brahma Kumaris Center with the New Rural Development Officer, Ashutosh Yadav.
