“New Phase of World Service” BK Regional Co-ordinators Retreat in Moscow, Russia

A beautiful gathering of the Regional Co-ordinators and the Regional Trustees of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (BKWSU) took place at Mayak Mira (Light House of the world), the Brahma Kumaris Retreat Center in Moscow. The special guests were welcomed by a colorful cultural program which touched everyone’s heart.

The main theme of the meeting was “New Phase of World Service.” How to make the best use of BK retreat centers, the International program in Delhi to be held in March 2019, and other future service initiatives were discussed.

Spiritual heart-to-heart conversations, games, interviews, wisdom sharing, and a picnic-trip by boat on the Moscow river were the different components of the retreat.

The Regional Co-ordinators of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (BKWSU) present during the retreat were BK Brij Mohan Anand, Main Speaker of BKWSU, Delhi; BK Jayanti, Regional Co-ordinator, Europe and the Middle East and the Representative of BKWSU to the United Nations in Geneva; BK Sudesh, Regional Co-ordinator, Europe; BK Chakradhari, Regional Coordinator, Russia, CIS, Baltic States and Mongolia.

BK Mohini, Regional Co-ordinator of Americas and the Caribbean; BK Nirmala, Regional Co-ordinator, Asia Pacific Region; and Vedanti behn, Regional Co-ordinator, Africa, were present during the meeting through Skype.

BK Sudha Rani Gupta, Deputy Regional Co-ordinator, Russia, CIS, Baltic States and Mongolia; BK Maureen Goodman, Programme Director, Brahma Kumaris, UK; BK Pratibha Patel, Assistant Regional Director, Africa, Permenant Representative to UNEP and ECA; Charles Hogg, National Co-ordinator, BKWSU, Australia; BK Neville Hodgkinson, Journalist and Author, Global Retreat Centre, Oxford; BK Erik Larson, Secretary – Director, Brahma Kumaris in the USA, and Additional Representative of BKWSU to the United Nations; and BK Letchu Ramatha, National Co-ordinator, BKWSU, Malaysia, were the Regional Trustees of the BKWSU present during the retreat.
