A workshop was organised by the Brahma Kumaris in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, at the Traffic Police Training Centre. Motivational speaker RajaYogini BK Geeta said that everything in nature is disciplined. We are now at the end of Kaliyuga. A situation is the same, but each one responds to it differently. Where one person may be angry, another person takes it with ease and patiently and instinctly finds a way through it. Therefore, the cause of stress is not a person or circumstance, but rather a contemplation of a thought by the person which brings stress. For this, you have to realise your mistakes and go ahead.
She said that we want peace but we do not sit in peace. We do not take time for ourselves. We need Peace, love and affection in life because it is our spiritual nature. Think of yourself also for some time. Sit in peace for a few moments and think about how you were today. Today, what are all the steps I have taken in achieving my goal, what work of charity did I do which brought me happiness. Did I help anybody, did I make somebody unhappy. Have a sense of giving. Whatever we give comes back to us twice. We will be happy even if we give happiness to others. If you give happiness then you gain pleasure and giving Love brings love back.
BK Raj Singh who came from Kota said that 86 percent of illness is caused by looking at others which is the main cause of stress. Nowadays, mobile is also becoming the cause of stress. The reason for 86 percent of diseases is our mind. Sagar centre incharge BK Prabha welcomed everyone to take advantage of this resource. Over 450 Personnel, including DSP Shailendra Martin, US Sony TI Traffic Police, BK Lakshmi were present in the workshop.
