Grand and Colorful Diwali Celebration by Brahma Kumaris in Shantivan
A colorful Diwali was celebrated in a grand style by the members of the Brahma Kumaris at their International Head Quarters, Shantivan in Abu Road, Rajasthan. Brahma Kumars and Kumaris from Pandav Bhawan, Peace Park, Shantivan, Global Hospital, Trauma Center, Gyan Sarovar, Solar Plant, Manmohinivan, Sanjay Park, the Nursing School etc., took part in this event in large numbers along with Rajayogis from different parts of the globe.
BK Nirwair, Secretary General of the Brahma Kumaris, gave his blessing stating that, This is the festival of lights of the whole world family. We need to be proud of which family we belong to and to which family will we belong to in the future. With the teachings of God, we feel pride, how in this Confluence Age, God has decorated us with knowledge, divine virtues and divine inculcations. Congratulations to all those who have become instruments in decorating others with the jewels of knowledge and igniting the lamps of others. Many good wishes for Diwali and the coming new year: May you be healthy, may you be wealthy, may you be prosperous, may you experience supersensous joy as you lead a life being an embodiment of knowledge.
Dadi Janki, Chief of the Brahma Kumaris wished everyone Happy, Healthy and Wealthy Diwali and said that “God has reminded us of Manmanabhav, Madhyajibhav. Dilaram (Comfortor of hearts) is in the heart. Peace and happiness are my two children. God and Fortune are my companions. Always stay happy. Consider the self as a soul that is sat (truth), chit (conscient), anand Swarup (embodiment of bliss). God makes us light, gives us might and gives us the kingdom to stay in happiness through Rajayoga.”
Dadi Ratan Mohini, Joint Chief of the Brahma Kumaris, extended congratulations, saying that God has made us living lights. By staying in His rememberance, we can always stay happy. Become sweet just like the Father, who is remembered as the Master of the World, the Creator of this world. Stay happy and keep giving happiness to others.
Dadi Ishu, BK Munni, BK Karuna, BK Dr. Nirmala, BK Santosh from Russia, BK Rajini from Japan and other Senior Brahma Kumars and Kumaris from India and abroad were seated on the stage, decorated with sparkling golden crowns and garlands.
Brahma Kumaris students from Russia presented a dance composition and sang giving the deep effect of the celebration from the heart that overwhelmed the audience who were absorbed in joy and took the message of divinity and oneness and felt thankful to the Russian Group. BK Shashi from Pandav Bhawan, Mount Abu, well co-ordinated the stage program and the program ended with a candle lighting and cake cutting by the senior Rajayogis seated on the dias.
