Brahma Kumaris Celebrate New Year with Slum Children

Jaipur, Rajasthan :

BK Vijay Laxmi, Chief Director of the Pratap Nagar branch of the Brahma Kumaris, welcomed the New Year amongst children of Kachi Basti (slum) in Jaipur by cutting the cake and exchanging warm greetings with them. The children were filled with euphoria and joy on the occasion.

BK Vijay in her friendly talk spoke to the children about the importance of starting the day with the easy remembrance of God, to remain happy throughout the day. BK Padma joined her in telling them about the importance of hygiene and cleanliness in daily life.

BK Birender from Mount Abu spoke to the children about the importance of education and how to protect oneself from negativities in life.

Thereafter, all children were offered Godly gifts.
