“A Journey for De-Addiction” – Bus Campaign by Brahma Kumaris, Indore
A mini bus carrying the message for “De-addiction” is being arranged under the auspices of the Brahma Kumaris and the Youth Wing of the Rajayoga Education and Research Foundation of Mount Abu to travel across the country.
The bus is equipped with a projector, videos, literature and a pictorial exhibition to illustrate and explain the damages caused by the habits of smoking, drinking, consuming drugs, etc., and to inspire them to quit those addictions and be healthy once again. It is the aim of this campaign.
The unique feature of this project is that, along with counseling, medicine is also given freely to those who really want to get rid of their harmful addictions.
“Presently the bus is still touring all over the city of Indore. So far, it has covered the following areas: Khajarana Square, Mahalaxmi Nagar, Susana Nagar, Ambedkar Nagar, Dev Gurdiya, Doodhya, Bapat Square, Phooti Kothi, Vijay Nagar, Musa Khedi, Meghdoot Garden, Indrapuri, etc., and has rendered its services to each and every citizen,” said BK Aarti, Zonal in Charge of Brahma Kumaris in Indore.
