Brahma Kumaris Invited for Tree Plantation Mission at Tonk, Rajasthan

Mr. Sukhbir Singh Jaunapuria, Member of Parliament (MP), expressed his gratitude towards the Brahma Kumaris for their services at the international level in conserving nature and working for the benefit of mankind.

Under the tree plantation mission in India, a tree plantation program was organised in Nehru Garden in Tonk City. The Brahma Kumaris were specially invited to the program. They planted various trees and also took the responsibility to look after them. Mr. Jaunapuria said that if these plants are conserved by the Brahma Kumaris, I believe that even a plant will have no harm. On this, BK Rani, chief co-ordinator of  the centre in Tonk, said we will try our best to meet up to your expectations. Mr. Satyanarayana Chaudhary, District Collector; Mrs. Lakshmi Jain, Chairman of City Council Tonk; Mr. Om Prakash Gupta; BK Tulsi Ram Meena; and hundreds of Brahma Kumars and Brahma Kumaris and city dignitaries were present.
