“Consistent Yogic Cultivation” – Unique Farming for New Age

The Brahma Kumaris Centre of New Palasia, Indore, organised a seminar at the Brahma Kumaris Center “Om Shanti Bhawan” with an objective to enlighten the farmers on an entirely new system of “Consistent Cultivation by the Power of Yoga” for better and healthy yields.
The program was launched after lighting the holy lamps and honouring the Guests by crowning them with customary turbans.
BK Trupti, National Co-ordinater of the Rural Development Wing from Gujarat, explained in scientific detail the value of Yogic Farming, to all those who assembled at Om Shanti Bhawan. She expressed the need for some new ways of cultivation that may solve all the problems that today’s farmers are facing. She especially emphasized that it is possible only by the Power of Yoga. She said that when we induce our pure thought vibrations into the self-made domestic manures, the earth instantly accepts it and in its return it yields pure, healthy and sweet crops. She further clarified the need to inculcate divine qualities in ourselves and to collectively strive to make the atmosphere highly pure. She said that if we change our thoughts, attitudes and outlooks, we achieve self transformation by which world transformation will take place on its own. She also put this forth as an aim and inspired all those present in the seminar to consistently adopt Yogic Farming to enjoy better results.
BK Bala Saheb from Maharashtra clearly explained with examples the methods of water arrangement, preservation of crops, and making the land powerful — all necessary for Consistent Yogic Farming.
Mr. Madhukar Pawar, Assistant Director B.I., on hearing about the new system of farming, shared his opinion that farmers must use more of our traditional manure. In order to lower the investment cost, there must be an increase in the number of pet animal wealth that will help in yielding quality crops full of nourishing values.
Mr. Ravi Verma, Special Guest of the day, emphasized that if Spirituality and Science work together towards such a noble cause then success is inevitable.
BK Aarti, Zonal in Charge of lndore, said that today, man — out of greed for material wealth — is leaving cultivation and selling off the land. He is uncaring towards Mother Earth. She said, “When we neglect Nature, then Nature too will not look after us. So wherever we may be, we must make the environment there better for living.
BK Asha conducted the whole seminar beautifully and successfully.
