Deputy Chief Minister and Ministers of Uttar Pradesh Praise Brahma Kumaris in Lucknow

The Brahma Kumaris of Gomtinagar Centre in Lucknow organised a Live Show of Goddess Navdurga (Nine Goddesses), “Chaitanya Deviyon ki Jhankiyan” at Sahara Plaza Park for five days. When the curtain concealing the live images opened and people flocked to have a glance (darshan), the spiritual meaning of each Form was given to the audience through a commentary by the Brahma Kumaris.

The Sahara Plaza and adjacent market, being the busiest commercial area of Gomtinagar, was ever-crowded with business and the program was well attended. A pictorial exhibition and a separate enclosure for meditation was also set up for the public. Simultaneously, the names of those interested in learning Raja Yoga through the 7 days’ course were registered.

Every day the function began after lighting the inaugural lamps by some respected persons.

Mr. Ashutosh Tandon, Minister of Technical and Medical Education in Uttar Pradesh, after the launching on the first day, paid his regards and best wishes to the Brahma Kumaris and to the public.

Mr. Suresh Rana, Minister for the Development of Sugarcane, Sugar Mills and Industries, Uttar Pradesh, was all praise for the Brahma Kumaris for their services to society.

Mr. Brajesh Pathak, Minister for Law and Justice, Additional Energy Resources, Uttar Pradesh, after the launching shared his personal experiences with the Brahma Kumaris Organisation over a long period of time.

Dr. Dinesh Sharma, Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, after the inauguration said, “Wherever good services are being rendered goddesses and gods just reside there, showering their blessings.”
