National Jurists Conference in Om Shanti Retreat Center

Gurugram: The Brahma Kumaris of Om Shanti Retreat Centre in Gurugram organised a “Conference of National Jurists” for three days that was inaugurated by former Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court, Mr. V. Ishwaraiah.

As a Chief Guest, Mr. V. Ishwaraiah was of all praise for the most important role which the Brahma Kumaris are playing in creating a Better World. He said, “They teach how to maintain the balance in life between Love and Law.” While speaking on the subject “Self Realization for Consistent Happy Life,” he said, “The real source of happiness is within our own Self. Lost in the pomp and pursuit of the Materialistic World, we have forgotten our Morality which the Brahma Kumaris are reminding us now of those Moral Values.” He said, “Both Spiritual and Social Values are essential for consistent Peace and Happiness in life.”

Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court Mr. R. Venkatramani stated that making Laws will never solve problems; Equality is necessary for Social Justice. Laws must be such that it must unite us. It must bring Happiness in Society. This is possible only when Spiritual Awareness is induced in the public because Spirituality is the Foundation of Regulated Life.

BK Asha, Director of Om Shanti Retreat Center, said that for Self Realization Yoga is the base. It unites us with our own self. Yoga controls and regulates our mental thoughts. It takes us closer to the Supreme Soul, God, and the Mind becomes pure. So if we want to empower the Law System we must give prime importance to Yoga.

Additional Secretary of the Brahma Kumaris BK Brijmohan, in his well wishing note, said that we feel happy when we give something to others. Ours is the deity culture that knows only to Give. Everything in Nature is being created for others, not for itself. Similarly Human Life also becomes valuable when it is useful for others. But today man has become a taker instead of a giver. He said that this is the only reason of all our sorrows and hardships in life.

On this occasion former Justice of Bengaluru High Court Mr. A.S. Pachchapure, BK Pushpa, BK Vidya, BK Amita, BK Rajendra, Mr. Amar Singh, Mr. Rabindra Singh and Senior Lawyer Mr. Babulal also expressed their views.

BK Balmukund gave a vote of thanks to all the participants and guests for making the Conference a Grand Success and Worthy. The entire program was handled by BK Lata in a very lively way.

ब्रह्माकुमारीज बेहतर विश्व के निमार्ण में एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका अदा कर रही है। संस्था लव और लॉ का बहुत सुन्दर सन्तुलन रखना सिखाती है। उक्त विचार उच्च.न्यायालयए आन्ध्र प्रदेश के पूर्व चीफ जस्टिस वीण् ईश्वरैया ने व्य1त किये। उन्होंने ब्रह्माकुमारीज के भोड़ाकलां स्थित ओम शांति रिट्रीट सेंटर में न्यायविदों के लिए आयोजित राष्ट्रीय सम्मलेन में बतौरमुख्य अतिथि शिरकत की। खुशनुमा जीवन के लिए स्वयं की पहचान विषय पर उन्होंने कहा कि खुशी का असली स्रोत वास्तव में हमारे अंदर निहित है। उन्होंने कहा कि भौतिकता की चकाचौंध मेें हम अपनी मौलिकता को भूल चुके हैं। ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ सस्था हमें उन मूल्यों की पहचान करा रही है। स्थाई सुख.शान्ति प्राप्त करने के लिए आध्यात्मिक और नैतिक मूल्य ज़रूरी हैं।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वरिष्ठ वकील आरण् वेंकटरमानी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि कानून बनाने से समस्यायें हल नहीं होती। सामाजिक न्याय के लिए समरसता ज़रूरी है। कानून ऐसा होना चाहिए जो हमें जोड़े। कानून से समाज में खुशहाली आनी चाहिए। ये तभी संभव हैए जब समाज में जागरूकता आए। आध्यात्मिक सश1ितकरण ही जीवन को व्यवस्थित करने का मूल आधार है।
ओण्आरण्सी की निदेशिका आशा दीदी ने कहा कि स्वयं की पहचान के लिए योग ही मुख्य आधार है। योग हमें स्वयं से जोड़ता है। योग चित्त की वृतियों को नियंत्रित करता है। योग ही हमें ईश्वर के समीप ले जाता है। योग से ही मन में शुद्धता आती है। इसलिए यदि हम न्याय प्रणाली को सुदृढ़ बनाना चाहते हैं तो योग को प्रमुखता देनी होगी।
संस्था के अतिरिक्त सचिव बीण् केण् बृजमोहन ने अपने आर्शीवचन में कहा कि खुशी हमें तब होती हैए जब हम किसी को देते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी संस्कृति दैवी संस्कृति रही है। प्रकृति की कोई भी चीज़ अपने लिए नहीं बनी है। हरेक का महत्व दूसरों को देने में है। इसी प्रकार मानव जीवन की सार्थकता दूसरों के काम आने में है। लेकिन वर्तमान समय इसका उल्टा हो रहा हैए मानव देवता के बदले लेवता बन गया। यही मानव जीवन के असली दुरूखों का कारण है।
कार्यक्रम में बैंगलुरू उच्च न्यायालय के पूर्व न्यायाधीश एण्एसण् पच्चापुरेए बीण्केण्पुष्पाए बीण्केण् विद्याए बीण्केण्अमिताए बीण्केण्राजेन्द्रए अमर सिंहए रबिन्द्र सिंह एवं वरिष्ठ वकील बाबूलाल ने भी अपने विचार रखे। बीण्केण् बालमुकुन्द ने अपने शब्दों से सभी का धन्यवाद किया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन बीण्केण् लता ने किया। कार्यक्रम में अनेक न्यायाधीशए वकील एवं न्यायविद उपस्थित रहे।
