National Painting Competition Cum Workshop on Spirituality, Science and Environment

A National Painting Competition cum Workshop was organised at Manmohinivan Complex at the Brahma Kumaris Head Quarters in Mount Abu, Rajasthan, for 3 days in which more than 500 Professional Artists took part, hailing from across the country. Such a Mega Competition was held for the first time in India.

It was a joint venture by the Brahma Kumaris and the Paridhi Art Group from Delhi. The theme for the National Competition was, “The Paintings must carry messages on Spirituality, Science and Environment“.

Rajayogi BK Mrutyunjaya, Executive Secretary of the Brahma Kumaris Organisation, said that through these Paintings the awareness to keep the Environment Clean and Healthy will reach far and wide in the Society and the importance of Spirituality and Science in life will be better known by the people.

Director of Gyansarovar Academy Rajyogini BK Nirmala said that the Greatest Creator, Actor, and the Director of this World Drama is the Supreme Father, SHIVA, the Supreme Soul. She said that if the Mind is connected with God Shiva through Raja Yoga Meditation, their Art Work or Paintings will be different and unique from others.

Mr. Nirmal Vaidya, Director of Paridhi Art Group from Delhi, taught some tips and skills, guided the Artists, and encouraged them to do more and better Paintings in their lives.
