‘Sleep Management and Mental Empowerment’ session for Railway Protection Force, Bihar

BK Veerendar from Mount Abu was invited by RAILWAY PROTECTION FORCE at RPF Regional Training Centre MOKAMA, Bihar  to conduct a workshop on ‘Sleep Management and Mental Empowerment’. The session was attended by Commandent cum Principal Shri Yugul Kishore Mandal of Training Centre along with 175 Inspectors and trainees.
BK Kanchan behn of Begusarai gave a talk on Rajyoga meditation.
The program was covered by local electronic and print media as Sadhana News Bihar, NDTV, Prabhat Khabar, Dainik Bhaskar and others.
TV channels also took a small interview of BK Veerendar about the topic of workshop and telecast in their news.
