The Brahma Kumaris of Palasiya Centre in Indore arranged a program to celebrate the Teacher’s Day in one of the reputed schools of Indore City, Humpty Dumpty.

BK Narayan, Senior Rajyoga Teacher, Zonal Co-ordinator and Executive Member of the Religious Wing, in his address welcomed all the Teachers and said, “In order to bring moral refinement in society exemplary Teachers are needed because they are the sculptures of the society. The true Teacher is the one who has inculcated moral values in himself and educates the students with his experiences in life. Then only his students will become rich in ethics and gain Self confidence. Thereby that Teacher can create a model society.”

BK Kiran said, “The present stature of the society has degraded; that tells us that the society has to be rebuilt. This is the demand of the present time. Since today’s students are tomorrow’s society, they must be given Spiritual knowledge simultaneously with modern studies. Their moral and social behaviour has to be refined and at the same time it is necessary to guide them and keep watching their ethics in dealing with others.”

Mr. Aaba Saha, Director of the School, said that by nurturing values in life, speech becomes sweeter and the personality appears to be impressive. In spite of all these training given, children are becoming spoiled, it means there must be some flaw in the Sculpture himself because children always follow their Teacher. His Sanskars influence the tender minds. He said further that the duty of the Teacher is not mere lending bookish knowledge but must also be able to induce ethics from his own experiences in life.

At the end of the session Raja Yoga meditation was conducted collectively so that everyone would know practically something about Raja Yoga.
