“Touch the Light” 7-Day Course Program by Brahma Kumaris, Bhilai

A seven-day course program “Touch the Light” was launched by the  Brahma Kumaris of Bhilai for higher secondary students of VI and VII class at Kosangar. This program has been successfully working in different schools for the last eight years. The Course started with the lighting of lamps where children too ignited the lamps of elevated thoughts. The main keynote speaker, BK Shraddha — while explaining the meaning of “Touch the Light” to the children — said that it is important that the light of knowledge reflects in our actions and behaviour. Sanskars can be transformed easily in children, she shared. Our lives should be an inspiration for others. Children raised their hands to take an oath for making their lives the best, and then participated in a meditation experience. The Brahma Kumaris sisters shared through inspirational, value-based stories and helped the children to inculcate values in life. BK Truptii, BK Krutika, BK Tejaswini, BK Sunita, and BK Sakshi were present. Mrs. Indu Goyal, Principal of EMMS School, expressed her heartfelt gratitude towards Brahma Kumaris.
