Valedictory Session of International Conference-cum-Cultural Festival at Shantivan Campus, Abu Road, Rajasthan

Shri Sharad Tripathi, MP, Lok Sabha, Sant Kabir Nagar, appreciated the Brahma Kumaris campus saying “This place is a spiritual transmission center, from where spirituality is transmitted across the whole world.” at the International Conference-cum-Cultural Festival on the topic “God’s Plan: Rajyoga for World Peace, Health & Happiness” held at Shantivan, Abu Road, Rajasthan.

Prof. Sat Bir Singh Khalsa,Editor-in-chief, International Journal of Yoga Therapy, Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA, stated that “Yoga is now part of mainstream society,  and there is an increase in yoga research .  Based on the study done, people who practice Rajyoga have much lower cholesterol levels and less triglycerides level, than people who don’t practice rajyoga meditation. This is the evidence that practice of Rajyoga meditation can improve the heart health and psychological state of health. Another study/research shows that  long term practitioners  of Brahma Kumaris have much higher level of happiness and satisfaction.”
