Voluntary Labor Services Offered by Brahma Kumaris for Jalabhishek Project at Gwalior
The District Administration and the Municipal Corporation of Gwalior jointly launched a Project named “Jalabhishek” in which members of the local Brahma Kumaris Organisation came forward to perform labor services (shramdaan) at the site of the Veerpur Dam in Gwalior. Mr. Rahul Jain, District Collector; Dr. Ashish, Superindent of Police; Mr. Vinod Sharma, Municipal Commissioner of Gwalior; Mr. Narayan Singh Kushwaha, Madhya Pradesh State Cabinet Minister; and BK Adarsh, Centre in Charge of Gwalior Cantonment lent their physical services to boost the morale of the participants and blessed the campaign with all success.
In another such program in Gwalior, Mr. Vivek Narayan Shejwalkar, the City Mayor; Mr. Bharat Singh Kushwaha, the Regional Commissioner; Mr. B.M.Sharma, I.G. Gwalior; and other Public Delegates and Officials were present. Along with their participation they blessed the program with their best wishes.
More than 300 BK brothers and sisters, and other social workers of the Government and non-Governmental Organisations in thousands offered their services with zeal and pleasure.
