Workshop on “Healthy and Value-Based Life” in Abu Road

A Workshop was organised on the subject “Swasthya and Mulyanishtha Jeevan” (Healthy and Value Based Life) by the Brahma Kumaris Social Activity Group at Sarvoday Shikshan Sansthan, Kivarli, Abu Road. In this workshop BK Nitesh and BK Lalit explained the importance of “Moral Values in Life.” They explained that “If we give regard and help others the same will come back to us from others.” They shared that Regard and Co-operation are two Powerful Energies through which one can solve all types of Physical or Mental stress.
