Workshop on “Moral Values” by Brahma Kumaris’ Social Activities Group

The Social Activities Group of the Brahma Kumaris organised a workshop for the students at the Government Higher Secondary School on Abu Road in Rajasthan.

The purpose of this workshop was to impart the importance of moral values and character building to the students.

In this connection BK Nitesh of the Social Activities Group addressing the pupils said, “You have to empower yourself with nobler characters. If you are rich in this you will gain self-confidence, courage, boldness and truthfulness.” He further added, “The present education system is limited merely to making us capable of earning money only. In fact it is not so. The aim and objective of teachers and their education must be to bring up noble citizens for the society and the world.” He said that the pupils of all Government and non-Government schools will be educated to develop Moral Values and practice Raja Yoga meditation for their better future.

In this workshop Mr. Surabhi Singhal, the School Principal, also guided the school girls, stating that good students are a matter of Pride and a Gift of God for that school. He, too, inspired them and appreciated the efforts of the Brahma Kumaris Organisation.
