“i First” – Towards Self Love & Healing , A Special Program for Youth/Young Adults at Makati, Phillipines

A Special Program for Youth/Young Adults on the topic “i First” – Towards Self Love & Healing was held by the Brahma Kumaris at Makati, Phillipines, where youth participated in sharing their insights on what is really important in life that brings positive energy within and move towards healing. Sister Rajini, shared the importance of  Mind, Body and Relationships. Meditation was conducted giving the experience of stillness of mind.
