Kavinder Gupta, Speaker of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly participated in the 82nd Trimurti Shivratri celebrations at Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya Jammu. Jyotirling darshan, Candle Lighting, Ribbon cutting and flag hoisting were part of the celebration.
