Serve Nigeria Pause for Peace Phase 1 Service in Nigeria

Serve Nigeria Pause for Peace Phase 1 was planned as the pilot project which included the cities of Lagos, Ota, Abeokuta and Ibadan from 12 – 20 May. BK Vedanti, BK Dipti, BK Gauthami, BK Karuna, BK Gagan, BK Bazee, BK Rewa, BK Jai were part of the team. The team paid attention to work together with soul consciousness, patience, love and unity.
Programmes were organized in different places where approximately 900 people benefited personally. Various topics like: Positive Thinking, Stress Free Living, Managing Relationships, Coping with Change, Solutions for Daily Life, Honesty and Loyalty, Conflict Resolution etc. were presented. Each programme ended with an introduction on how to Pause for Peace with a live powerful meditation commentary which they could continue to practice on their own. A blessing, toli and an inspiration book was distributed to all present at the event.
At Lagos, from 12 – 15 May programmes were organized at Laxmi Narayan Temple, TV Continental, Superscreen TV, Chisco – a transport company, MITV, Star FM, LASUCOM, Sarsoli Ind Ltd., and Telugu Samaj.
At Ota, from 16 – 17 May programmes were held at Geepee, Daraju, Parle G, Food Agro Shongai, Dangote and Sona Village Centre.
At Abeokuta, on 18 May programme was organized at College of Security in which Senior official from 6 states were present with their groups. The highlight of the programme was the meeting with the former President Baba Obasanjo. He also attended one of the sessions with his officials.
At Ibadan, from 19 – 20 May programmes were held at Wonderplast, Radiant, Indian Community Association and Petal FM.
With the 1st phase being successful, the project continues into the next phase from 29 July – 15 September 2018.
