“The world is now encircled with yogis” : International Yoga Day at Peace Village, New York, USA

Peace Village Learning and Retreat Center located in the Catskill mountains, upstate New York, annually holds a special International Day of Yoga (IDY) program, this year facilitated by BK Susan, Rajayoga Teacher at Peace Village.  BK Binny from Global Hospital, Mount Abu, India, was the enthusiastic guest speaker who shared how to reclaim inner strength through Yoga. BK Rick spoke and conducted a variety of excellent yoga exercises. BK Dorothy, Program Director at Peace Village, explained and conducted a meditation of Raja Yoga, and Carrie Dugo and family conducted a silent healing yogic walk around the Peace Village labyrinth.  A local student continued to enhance the atmosphere with her singing bowls and powerful vibrational gong.

Toli (sweet) and blessing cards were given to everyone and all enjoyed the lovely spiritual program.
