Stress Eradication Program at District Police HeadQuarters, SriGanganagar

A program for “Eradication of Stress and Enhancing Inner Strength” for police personnel was organized by the Security Services Wing of the Rajayoga Education and Research Foundation of Mount Abu at District Police Headquarters in SriGanganagar, Rajasthan. More than 150 Police Personnel attended the program. The progam included interactive sessions on Managing Challenges by Commander Shiv, Happy Living by Dr. Dilip Panvel and lastly with a Meditation Session by BK Vijaya, Sri Ganganagar.

The Chief Guests of the program were Harendra Kumar IPS and Surender Singh Rathore, Deputy Superintendent of Police.
