On the occasion of the Navratri Festival, the Brahma Kumaris in Jalore organised a Gorgeous Spiritual Fair for five days in the Jalore city of Rajasthan on the topic “Health, Wealth and Happiness.

Sri Sri 1008 Seva Bharti Maharaj of Manakeshwar Matt, Jalore, was invited as the Chief Guest. Along with him BK Jyoti from Dubai; BK Bhupal, Manager, Shantivan, Abu Road; BK Manju Bhadrak, Odisha; BK Geeta of Bhinmal; Mr. Mohan Parashar, Secretary of Development Committee, Jalore; BK Sudhir, Manager of the Electrical Division of the Brahma Kumaris, Abu Road; Mr. Suresh Gandhi and Mr. Shankar Padru, Social Workers of Jalore; Mr. K. N. Bhati, Director of Vidya Bharti School; and Mr. Prakash Chhajed, President of Human Services Committee, Jalore, graced the inaugural function.

The inaugural candle lighting was done by all the guests in the presence of BK Ranju, Centre in-Charge of Brahma Kumaris in Jalore, BK Mohan and BK Jagdish in the memory of God for Peace and Happiness to prevail in the world. To spread the message of Peace and Happiness, the guests released balloons in the sky which was a pleasant sight for the public.

BK Ranju honored the guests by applying a sandal paste dot (Tilak) on the forehead and offered them turbans to wear. Then the curtain was raised by the Chief Guest to allow the people waiting with devotion and enthusiasm to have a divine glance and receive blessings from all the nine Forms of Mother Durga. It was a crowd of thousands of residents of Jalore and the surrounding areas and many Brahma Kumars and Kumaris who came to attend. The function became more lively due to the presence of many more honorable persons of the city.

Artists of Madhur Vani Orchestra arrived from Mount Abu who thrilled and entertained the public with the song, “Health Wealth Happiness Ka Hai Jamana,” which means “It’s the World of Health Wealth and Happiness.”

A huge model of Soul with beautiful illumination and a large Shiva Linga (30 feet high) were installed which became the center of attention and attraction for the citizens with high spirits.

Mind thinks, Intellect understands, and then Body performs actions accordingly. All these functions are managed by the Soul. Body perishes but Soul never dies. After death the Soul takes another body in a new costume that depends upon the actions and resolves (Sanskars) of his previous lives. This spiritual knowledge was being imparted by the Brahma Kumars and Kumaris to the visitors at different stalls of the Health, Wealth and Happiness Fair.

A 21-foot-long Kumbhakaran live show, Tableau of Deities (9 Goddesses), a Living Heaven Show, Magic Show, Value Games for Kids, 3D Video Show, Stress-Free Living Program and stalls to experience Peace, Concentration Power, Experience of the Soul and Supreme Soul, Letter to God, Story of the Cycle of Time, Happy Living, Memory Management Workshops, and Rajayoga Camps were the main highlights of the spiritual fair which people were found to enjoy deeply and passionately.

A huge crowd of enthusiastic citizens thronged at every stall and were listening with rapt attention to all the knowledge given by the Brahma Kumaris. They said that the Gita is the only Scripture in which “Bhagvanuvach,” which means “God Speaks,” is mentioned. That itself proves that God is there and He is a Point of Light.

The fair was very satisfactory for all the efforts and was truly successful.
