Bhilai, Chhattisgarh: Members of the Brahma Kumaris of Bhilainagar, Street – 2, Sector – 7, in Chhattisgarh, celebrated the 50th Year of Ascension of Brahma Baba, the founder of the Brahma Kumaris, as Universal Peace Day at their Centre, Peace Auditorium. This Day is being observed as Peace Day at all Brahma Kumaris Centres in 130 Nations on 5 continents.

Speaking on this occasion the in-Charge of all Brahma Kumaris Centres in Bhilai, BK Asha, stated in the morning session, “Today on this Day we must discard all our flaws and weaknesses to become perfect Human Beings. For that we must check ourselves for our faults and have them eliminated.” She said, “Presently artificial gold also glares like real gold but even then it is of low value. Brahma Baba first inculcated all the Powers and Qualities himself and later he taught others through his practical performances.” She said that even if anyone may cause us pain or pleasure, we must, being merciful, lend them our friendship and co-operation in return. She said, “While leaving his mortal body, Brahma Baba gave his last advice, ‘Be formless, viceless and egoless,’ and transferred all his powers to mothers and sisters.”

On this occasion the venue Peace Auditorium was decorated all over with divine slogans of Brahma Baba such as: Be detached but be loveful, Have one opinion and be united, Be a witness but be a friend, One might and have faith in it, Be a bestower of fortune and blessing, Be an instrument and humble.

To create the function grandeur, models of four important places of Brahma Baba were erected: the Tower of Peace, Baba’s Room, Baba’s Hut and History Hall. Rajayoga meditation was done at all these four places specially to send powerful spiritual vibrations for Peace in the World.
